"This RV Service Center is one that has it's customers and future customers in mind. They treat each person that comes in as thought they were the only customer they had. We have had two occasions to use their services while traveling through Clovis: one when our water heater switch wasn't working and the latest one when our water heater wouldn't work on propane. Each time they have brought us right in and worked on our rig despite their own work load. On Tuesday, October 25, 2011, we called them from Farwell, TX and asked if they could help us and Bill, one of the owners, said, "Sure come on over." He himself did the repair work in about 30 minutes. It was all done cheerfully and I highly recommend Bison RV Center to anyone who is looking for a good dealership."

"Sharon and i Bought our first Travel Trailer in 2000. We had a Pop up as our first RV, we traded it in on a brand new Terry RV. Bill took the extra time to explain all the features of our new RV. Once when we needed a tire Jim on a Saturday late in the afternoon sold me a new tire (We were on our way out of town on a trip) and went to the back to mount it to the rim and we were ready to go on our trip. "Chad and I travelled from DFW to Clovis hoping to be satisfied with what we were about to purchase. Well, we were blown away! Not only by our new toy hauler, but the experience we had at Bison was top notch.
